“Wilderness at the Smokies offers 713 rooms within our Stone Hill Lodge and River Lodge Buildings. We have two well-appointed banquet rooms with full service catering for any meeting or reception needs for up to 110 guests. Wilderness at the Smokies offers an experience without ever leaving the resort. Several different dining options are found throughout the resort, as well as retail shops, and fitness centers. Our resort features a 66,000 square foot indoor waterpark plus two additional outdoor waterparks (the outdoor parks will be closed during our dates). Adjacent to the indoor Wild Waterdome; Adventure Forest is a 25,000 square foot indoor adventure center. Adventure Forest features a three story ropes course, a multi-level laser tag arena, a climbing wall, and multiple arcade games that are perfect for group outings and team building! We are also located adjacent to the Golf Club which provides (2) 18-hole championship golf courses for those who enjoy the game during their downtime!”

There is no minimum number of rooms that have to be booked in order to receive the group discount. The code will provide a percentage off the best available rate whenever you go to make your reservations. The code is good to book online or over the phone, it is also good for any room type and either building. There is not a cutoff date, so you can book your reservations at any time (just please be mindful that is based on availability, so I would recommend booking asap).

• Unless otherwise noted, room rates are quoted for up to 4 people in a standard room, each additional person beyond 4 will result in a charge up to $30 per person/per night, plus tax. Alternate room types may have larger base and maximum guest counts based on room type.
• Guests may arrive after 12:00 pm and pre-register to obtain wristbands for the water park even if their room is not ready until check in time. Guests may use the facilities all day on their scheduled departure date.
• We will make every effort to book your rooms as close together as possible. The location of rooms blocked will be effected by the room style(s) requested and hotel availability.
• Reservations made under the same promo code does not guarantee the sleeping rooms will be next door to each other.
• The Wilderness Resort reserves the right to make room changes prior to your arrival date, as needed.
• When booking online, please make a note to which event you are with so that we can make an attempt to move rooms close together. If booking via phone, please tell the reservation agent to make a note in your reservation.
• Cancelation policy is from the time of booking until 72 hours prior to arrival, a refund of the deposit, less a $30 cancelation fee will apply. 72 hours or less prior to arrival, any changes or cancelations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid.
• Any reservations that “no-show” will be charged the first night, resort fee and tax and their remaining room nights will be canceled.
• Parking is free to resort guests and a shuttle service runs between the two properties to take guests between each outdoor waterpark/building.
